Any purchase made through our official website may be returned up to 14 days after receiving the item. If you wish to return your product you simply write a note with your name, address and reason for return and place it inside the package. Products must be returned in its original packaging unused and with all labels and protective stickers intact. You may wrap this in the postal package of your choice. However it is crucial that the wrapping of your choice protects the product. We will unfortunately not replace or refund for poorly wrapped packages that have led to damage on the product.

Kindly note that you are to be subject for the shipping expenses in returning the package to us.Products purchased directly our website can not be returned to a local store, and must be sent back to our warehouse. Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Taxes are nonrefundable.
CHANGING TO A DIFFERENT PRODUCT:
Unfortunately we are only able to offer an exchange service for watches within the same price category. If you wish to swap your watch to another model of a different price please simply return the product you wish to exchange following the returns procedure above for a full refund, and then place a new order for the items you prefer.
PRODUCTS BOUGHT OUTSIDE OUR WEBSHOP:
Products bought from one of our stockists in store should be returned and handled at the store you purchased the goods. This also applies if you have purchased a watch on board the Norwegian Air Shuttle - please contact Norwegian customer support for enquires. You will require a valid receipt for all refunds.
If you wish to make a claim on a faulty product or need your watch repaired, please contact us as [email protected] and we will be happy to help you! We cover everything from battery to straps so please contact us first. If you hand your watch over to a third party repair service Harper and Brooks are not reliable to reimburse you for the cost of this service.
