We offer free worldwide shipping through DHL on all orders avove 1200 NOK / 120 EUR. Normal delivery time is 2-10 days from purchase. DHL will collect your phone number and e-mail address for delivery purpose and notify you when the package is on its way as well as the expected delivery time. If you won't be home at the delivery day you are able to change it through DHL as well as chose a pick-up point for the package to be delivered to. Any uncollected packages will be sent in return to us. We do not cover a second shipment cost for uncollected packages. For more information about shipping, contact [email protected].
Prices include VAT when ordering to countries inside the EU and to Norway. Orders to countries outside the EU area (except Norway) may be subject to VAT and customs duty in your homeland. HARPER & BROOKS does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU area.
Harper & Brooks ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

HARPER & BROOKS reserves the right to any error that may occur on the website and cannot guarantee that the color, size and/or text of the product as shown on the website are exactly similar to the product as delivered to Consumer. The images may vary depending on the color settings on your PC. All photos must be seen as illustrations and do not guarantee correct reproduction of appearance or functionality.
It is important that the customer checks their goods when the shipment is received in order to verify that the products are correct and not damaged. If you receive your item and see that you have been sent the incorrect item or it is damaged, please contact us within fourteen (14) days.
Any complaints should be made to our customer service team via mail [email protected], or through our contact form on our website. Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you promptly with instructions on how to return the item.
It is important that the returning product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged in transit and the security tag attached to the strap buckle must not be removed. The customer is entitled to a refund of the shipping cost if the product suffers a manufacturer fault which will be decided by HARPER & BROOKS on receipt of the returned product. HARPER & BROOKS has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund.
The customer has the right to cancel the purchase within fourteen (14) days. This right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as it was received and the security tag attached to the strap buckle must not be removed. Customers using their right to return an order should complete the returns and exchanges section of the website. The order number and customer’s email address that was used to order will be required. In cases where the order already has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Return shipping are paid by the customer.

As far as permitted by law, HARPER & BROOKS excludes all liability for any damages incurred by Consumer if the product ordered by Consumer is not available and/or delivered (on time). HARPER & BROOKS has no direct or in-direct responsibility for, for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm.
HARPER & BROOKS’ liability will be limited to maximum amount of the purchase price of the concerning product.
HARPER & BROOKS shall not be liable if a contract cannot be implemented, or is prevented or delayed by circumstances reasonably beyond our control. Causes of claiming Force Majeure include, but are not limited to, acts of God, fires, explosions, wars, riots, strikes, labor disputes, embargoes, government orders, poor transportation or weather conditions, lack of delivery from suppliers, sabotage, terrorism and vandalism.
These Term & Conditions are governed by Norwegian law. Any and all disputes arising from the Terms & Conditions will be submitted to the competent court of Oslo, Norway.
